{"id":409,"date":"2021-08-22T06:20:14","date_gmt":"2021-08-22T06:20:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/pepeh.com.br\/?p=409"},"modified":"2021-08-31T14:16:11","modified_gmt":"2021-08-31T14:16:11","slug":"011-construcao-do-veleiro-pepeh","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/pepeh.com.br\/index.php\/2021\/08\/22\/011-construcao-do-veleiro-pepeh\/","title":{"rendered":"#011 &#8211; In\u00edcio da Constru\u00e7\u00e3o do veleiro Pepeh"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Neste segundo v\u00eddeo do canal Pepeh`Sailboat ser\u00e1 feito o desmembramento dos itens agregados de corte CNC dos planos DWG do veleiro Kiribati 36 para itens independentes no formato DXF para serem utilizados no ProNEST de modo a se obter o m\u00e1ximo de aproveitamento das chapas de alum\u00ednio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Neste v\u00eddeo o engenheiro de Produ\u00e7\u00e3o Jader Barros ir\u00e1 mostrar como fazer esse desmembramento dos itens do Plano Kiribati-36-Planta-11-2021-Layout dos Arquivos de Corte CNC em pdf  recebido do Luis Pinho, da B&amp;G Yatch Design, que projetou o Kiribati 36. Esses arquivos foram enviados por link ap\u00f3s confirma\u00e7\u00e3o do pagamento e ap\u00f3s a assinatura do contrato para constru\u00e7\u00e3o do casco envie-os para a Usinando para in\u00edcio da constru\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O eng. Jader Barros ao receber os 21 arquivos CNC dos planos , carrega um por um por vez no  Autocad 2020 onde tem acesso aos itens de constru\u00e7\u00e3o do veleiro de acordo com a espessura das chapas de alum\u00ednio, seleciona um desses itens do plano, salva em outra janela do Autocad onde realiza a medi\u00e7\u00e3o real da pe\u00e7a e o salva num arquivo independente no formato DXF para ser usado no PRONEST para uso otimizado das chapas de alum\u00ednio. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No exemplo do v\u00eddeo foi utilizada a pe\u00e7a 23-6 do plano  Kiribati-36-Planta-11-2021-Layout dos Arquivos de Corte CNC em pdf cujo corte CNC est\u00e1 no arquivo 100MC2-CNC-6mm-Rudder-2015.dwg como mostrado na sequ\u00eancia  a seguir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\"
