Jader Barros foi o respons\u00e1vel por esse trabalho. Primeiro ele gastou cerca de 4 dias na semana de 16 a 20 de agosto trabalhando cerca de 8 horas por dia, para desmembrar todos as pe\u00e7as dos planos originais de corte CNC fornecidos pelo sr. Luis Pinho da B&amp;G Yatch Design. Foram desmembrados 294 itens dwg, e com as pe\u00e7as repetidas obteve um total de 495 arquivos independentes de formato dxf.<br><br>Esses 495 arquivos dxf foram ent\u00e3o inseridos no programa PRONEST que realizou o NESTING (agrupamento) dessas pe\u00e7as, por espessura, nas chapas respectivas de dimens\u00f5es 6000 x 2000 ou 3000 x 2000 mm de modo que se obteve o melhor aproveitamento do espa\u00e7o das chapas minimizando assim a quantidade de chapas necess\u00e1rias para serem adquiridas e barateando o custo.<br>O PRONEST gastou cerca de 6 minutos para realizar o roteamento total em 20 chapas:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Chapa #04mm: 6000 x 2000 mm (x1)<\/li><li>Chapa #05mm: 3000 x 2000 mm (x1)<\/li><li>Chapa #06mm: 6000 x 2000 mm (x6)<\/li><li>Chapa #08mm: 6000 x 2000 mm (x8)<\/li><li>Chapa #10mm: 6000 x 2000 mm (x3)<\/li><li>Chapa #12mm: 6000 x 2000 mm (x1)<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Com o roteamento completo imprime-se os relat\u00f3rios no formato pdf que s\u00e3o encaminhados ao setor de compras para cota\u00e7\u00e3o e compra. Na modalidade contratada, a Usinando auxilia na busca e cota\u00e7\u00e3o e o cliente efetua a compra das chapas pelo menor pre\u00e7o,<br>Vale ressaltar que o nesting autom\u00e1tico obtido pelo PRONEST n\u00e3o \u00e9 definitivo e algumas pe\u00e7as de maior precis\u00e3o passar\u00e3o por uma avalia\u00e7\u00e3o mais apurada pelo respons\u00e1vel pelo projeto, sr. Fernando, de modo a garantir um preciso alinhamento e montagem nas chapas, e ser\u00e1 necess\u00e1rio realizar alguns nestings manuais para esse fim. Jader Barros was responsible for this work. First he spent about 4 days in the week of August 16th to 20th working about 8 hours a day to break up all the parts from the original CNC cutting plans provided by mr. Luis Pinho of B&amp;G Yatch Design. 294 dwg items were dismembered, and with the repeated parts obtained a total of 495 independent files of dxf format. These 495 dxf files were then inserted into the PRONEST program that performed the NESTING (grouping) of these parts, by thickness, on the respective plates of dimensions 6000 x 2000 or 3000 x 2000 mm so that the best use of the space of the plates was obtained, thus minimizing the amount of plates needed to be purchased and lowering the cost.<br>PRONEST took about 6 minutes to perform the total routing on 20 plates:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Plate #04mm: 6000 x 2000 mm (x1)<\/li><li>Plate #05mm: 3000 x 2000 mm (x1)<\/li><li>Plate #06mm: 6000 x 2000 mm (x6)<\/li><li>Plate #08mm: 6000 x 2000 mm (x8)<\/li><li>Plate #10mm: 6000 x 2000 mm (x3)<\/li><li>Plate #12mm: 6000 x 2000 mm (x1)<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>With the complete routing, the reports are printed in pdf format and sent to the purchasing department for quotation and purchase. In the contracted modality, Usinando helps in the search and quotation and the customer buys the plates at the lowest price,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It is noteworthy that the automatic nesting obtained by PRONEST is not definitive and some parts with greater precision will undergo a more accurate evaluation by the person responsible for the project, Mr. Fernando, in order to ensure a precise alignment and assembly on the plates, and it will be necessary to perform some manual nestings for this purpose.
