#022 – Nesting e Corte das Chapas de 5 mm

Neste vídeo faremos uma pequena reprise do primeiro Nesting realizado pelo Engenheiro de Produção Jader Barros, e apresentado no vídeo Nº 012 deste canal. Nesse primeiro Nesting, feito de forma automatizada pelo programa Pro-Nest, obteve-se um total de 42 chapas de alumínio 5083 de espessuras 12, 10, 8 e 5 mm, e comprimentos variados, de acordo com a disponibilidade do fornecedor Profilglass as quais foram compradas, e nas 3 primeiras foi realizado o corte CNC apresentado no vídeo Nº 016. Na sequência deste vídeo teremos a apresentação do resultado do Nesting Manual realizado no Pro-Nest pelo Eng. Jader, que após análise dos resultados do primeiro nesting relativo às chapas de 5 mm achou por bem refazer o nesting das chapas de 5 mm de forma manual, e conseguiu um resultado esplendoroso com economia de 3 três, e deixamos aqui nossos parabéns ao eng.
